CMLの仮想マシンを再作成する際に、誤ってライセンス認証解除を失念していたため
新仮想マシンでライセンス認証に失敗します。（コンプライアンス違反状態）
ここまでは想定内の動きでしたが、そのあと記載があった以下解決方法を試しても
改善せずコンプライアンス違反状態が変わらない状況です。
Log into the My Account page on the Cisco Learning Network Store and find your order with the Out of Compliance license that you need to deregister.
Click the 2.x License button for that order. The order expands to show the Registration Token for that 2.x license.
Click the De-register link next to the Registration Token to remove all product instances registered with that license
Once complete, you will need to reregister your new Product Instance within the CML UI Licensing page: Actions > Reregister
