交换机端口亮黄色

公司里有台3850交换机，连接的IBM的一个服务器，以前都是亮绿灯的，今天发现它亮起了黄灯，查看了下接口信息有error，日志信息啥都没，详细接口信息如下：

您查一下产品的官方文档，看看黄灯代表什么含义。如果没有明确提到说黄灯表示接收数据包出现error的话，应该是产品的某种BUG 。如果购买了思科的服务可以咨询一下TAC 。
另外，如果CRC计数持续增加的话应该排查一下故障原因，否则会影响数据传输。

检查一下在STP中状态，如果没问题，可以替换一下线，或者替换一下端口

哇哦，输入错误、校验错误都不少呢。阁下还是查下CPU/内存使用率吧。show processes cpu; show memory.

1115005 input errors, 818465 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 0 ignored
CRC一般都是物理层问题：
本地接口，本地光模块（如果是光口的话），网线（光纤），对方光模块（如果是光口的话），对方接口。
交叉测试：
1、换根网线（光纤），好了，说明是网线（光纤）有问题
2、交换机上，换个接口，好了，说明是交换机接口有问题
3、换个服务器，好了，说明是服务其有问题

内存cpu均没有问题。。。。。

本地接口和服务器都是RJ45线，换口也换过 换线有点麻烦 关键是拔插一下会好一段时间的，，还有error有，但是通信还是正常的

比如双工与速率问题，虽然通信正常，就会有大量CRC错误

端口很明显是电口（原因：1.连接服务器；
2.GigabitEthernet1/0/2 is up, line protocol is up (connected)

应该清除一下该端口的计数，一段时间后观察端口CRC值，如果还是很高的话，这个端口就基本上要坏了。
