Hello,
I have a Cisco 8845 IP Phone(Just call it 8845A), currently, it always stuck on the get address step.
Shown: detecting network.
or
Connecting
or
verify your network connection.
What I did:
1. replace by another 8845(Just call it 8845B) with the same network cable, 8845B works well.
2. Reset all settings of 8845A, still failed to get IP address.
3. Manually set IP address in 8845A, failed to connection CUCM.
4. Checked switch, type command: show cdp neighbors. Nothing shown in the port which is connected to 8845A.
I would like to know if there is any way to update the firmware in this case for 8845A?
