1.Textfile doesn’t have to be placed on the logger. A network drive can be mapped tothe logger and the import process can read the file. Need to make sure that the file name iscorrect, however, otherwise the import proc
2.Import process will put the records inthe DB based on the rules created for the campaign.
3.When a campaign is active the dialer willrequest records. The number of recordsrequested is defined in the skill group configuration for the campaign. (See p. 135 of the 8.5(1) outbound guide.)
4.Dialer tells the GW to place the call
5.GW dials the customer and connects
6.CPA is performed to determine live voiceor AM. RP call is transferred to maydiffer based on result.
7.IVR location requested.
8.MR PG makes rout request.
9.Route is returned.
10.Dialer receives the number.
11.Dialer tells GW to transfer to IVR.
12.Call is transferred via UCM
