打开AnyConnect直接报错：The VPN Service is not available. Exiting.

我连接到公司VPN WEB界面，通过WEB界面下载了一个AnyConnect客户端，AnyConnect版本是：4.10.02086。

首次安装到笔记本上是能够打开正常使用的，当把笔记本重启后再次打开AnyConnect客户端，就开始报错：The VPN Service is not available. Exiting.

这个时候我得把这个客户端卸载，再次重新安装一遍才可以使用。

4.10已经是很新版的版本了，楼主可以尝试更换其它版本；
这类问题有很多种可能性，比如楼主电脑是否加入域，或者有相关安全合规设置，系统层面可能会有某种限制等等；

报错提示很明显了，Anyconnect服务不可用，也就是服务没起来。

确保anyconnect 的服务没有被安全软件优化掉，最好设置为自动启动。

路径Win+R 输入services.msc 找到Cisco Anyconnect Mobility Agent，将服务启动即可。

• After restarting the Cisco AnyConnect services, the is resolved for some users and upon restarting the PC the issue is recurring. This looks like a work around for this issue.
• Not a new implementation, the setup has been working fine before and no changes has been done. 
• ISE 2.7 . 
• AnyConnect version 4.10.05111

Any permanent solution?

 i meet the same problem, i restart the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Agent service, but it always stop automaticly

i dont know the reason...

do you hace any advice? thanks

 It happened to me every time after the Windows system updated. My solution is to uninstall everything about Cisco AnyConnect, and then re-install it. It works just fine so far.
