windows 10端anyconnect登录报错

如图windows 10端anyconnect登录时总是报这个错误，但是windows7登录正常，这是什么原因呢？

the server certificate received or its chain does not meet the requirements based on the configuration . a vpn connection will not be established

根据配置，接收到的服务器证书或其链不满足要求。将无法建立vpn连接

windows10建议以管理员身份进行安装，打开客户端时候以管理员身份运行

Resolution
You may want to check the Anyconnect Local Policy on the affected machine.
The AnyConnectLocalPolicy.xml can be found in the following directory on Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client
For Windows 7 or Vista:
C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client
Edit the 'AnyConnectLocalPolicy.xml' file so that the Fips Mode is set to false:
e.g.
false
Save the changes and launch another anyconnect session.
A reboot of the PC may be necessary in some cases.
