We want to redirect a user call to other voice system. Just like Twilio or Amazon Contact .
I want to know is that possible?
The details as below :
1 User call Cisco CCCI .
2 User listening IVR voice menu .
4 User want to do some job So use dial number 9 .
5 Then CCCI IVR receive 9 . Than redirect this call to other call system . 6 When CCCI redirect the call (I’m not sure about this process.) : A . CCCI IVR become a relay . the call still active. B . CCCI call end . The User call other system directly. 7 User go on process automation flow in other automation call system .
Please give me some guide.
