2960X交换机UPlink口 无法识别SFP光纤模块【解决方案】

近期项目采购了15台2960X交换机，上线13台，大约运行1周左右，11台交换机UPlink口出现故障，无法识别到SFP光纤模块。
并且设备会报如下错误信息：
hulc_sfp_iic_intf_read_eeprom sfp _index 2 yeti_iic_read_retry fail
hulc_sfp_iic_intf_read_eeprom sfp _index 2 yeti_iic_read_retry fail


通过show interface 命令，该端口处于notconnect的状态，指示灯不亮

GigabitEthernet1/0/51 is down, line protocol is down (notconnect)
但是查看对端3750-12S交换机端口状态都是up，正常的。


将交换机重启后，故障现象依旧，但是又出现如下报错信息：
%ILET-1-AUTHENTICATION_FAIL: This Switch may not have been manufactured by Cisco or with Cisco's authorization. This product may contain software that was copied in violation of Cisco's license terms. If your use of this product is the cause of a support issue, Cisco may deny operation of the product, support under your warranty or under a Cisco technical support program such as Smartnet. Please contact Cisco's Technical Assistance Center for more information.
看到这个信息，差点把客户逼疯了，根据经验如此大面积出现故障，可能是BUG的可能性比较大，而且也查了一下资料，也提到有软件BUG的可能性，只能先升级软件试试了，看到2960X思科对‘c2960x-universalk9-mz.150-2a.EX5.bin’这个版本做了特别的推荐，于是下载，copy到FLASH, 然后boot system flash，最后reload。发现故障并没有解决。
最后实在没办法了，只能求助思科了，把情况和TAC沟通了，TAC说升级软件之后，不要reload,要断电重启，此BUG就会消除了。晕，这个BUG实在是太诡异了。
总结一下2960X交换机UPlink口 无法识别SFP光纤模块解决方法：
1.升级软件到c2960x-universalk9-mz.150-2a.EX5.bin
2.断电重启（此步骤非常关键）

交换机自检完，出现如下提示：

那是因为交换机不是行货，是改号破解的机器，破解了bs文件，早期破解的程序，不能升级IOS，因为bs文件针对IOS版本匹配做的破解，一般是升级了新版本就会出现非思科授权报错，同时系统灯橙色；所以当楼主换回原始版本就会OK，就是这个道理；
假货害人不浅，切记以后别换IOS版本，特别是3650 3850系列，弄不好就变砖了；大实话可能没人相信，
