Cisco C892FSP-K9 boot system flash不加载指定IOS

我今天拷贝了IOS到Cisco C892FSP-K9路由器的flash，在配置中指定启动该IOS，重启路由器发现没有加载指定IOS，还是原来的IOS。以前也遇到这样的问题。以前遇到这样问题是在rommon模式重新上传是可以的。
我想解决的问题是，不在rommon模式下如何升级IOS。

寄存器的值与console端口波特率有关，以下是console Speed与configuration register Value的对应关系：
9600 0X2102
19200 0x2122
38400 0x2922
57600 0x3122
115200 0x3922

1、检查寄存器配置正确
2、校验bin文件完整性
3、把“boot system flash c800-universalk9-mz.SPA.159-3.M1.bin”改成
“boot system flash:/c800-universalk9-mz.SPA.159-3.M1.bin” 试试

补充说明：在Console端口不同波特率下，寄存器的值不同
以下是console Speed与configuration register Value的对应关系：
9600 0X2102
19200 0x2122
38400 0x2922
57600 0x3122
115200 0x3922
另外Console在9600波特率下寄存器值的作用分别如下：
启动寄存器(NVRAM)的数值是修改路由器的模式的一个关键，尽量不要修改！
0x2101：对flash可以读写。
0x2102：正常模式启动。
0x2141：对flash进行合并，如果flash条子是2条，则利用此模式可以合二为一。
0x2142：不读取NVRAM的基本配置模式,用于密码的恢复。
