最近工作项目中处理了几个客户网络故障,都是CPU 巨高(97-99%)导致网络基本瘫痪的故障,有路由,有核心交换6500等,总结分享一下我遇到过比较常见的CPU 高的可能原因,当然各位也应该遇到过很多其他故障原因,还请分享:
- Spanning tree topology changes
- EtherChannel links brought down due to loss of communication
- Failure to respond to management requests (ICMP ping, SNMP timeouts, slow Telnet or SSH sessions)
- UDLD flapping
- IP SLAs failures because of SLAs responses beyond an acceptable threshold
- DHCP or IEEE 802.1x failures if the switch does not forward or respond to requests
- Dropped packets or increased latency for packets routed in software
- BGP or OSPF routing topology changes
- HSRP flapping
DDoS 攻击,
NAT session 太多
IOS bug
ARP 泛洪攻击
show processes cpu sorted
show proc cpu | ex 0.00
一般我会查找CPU 消耗高的进程,结合日志,端口流量,故障报错等来处理故障。上面是一些参考,如果遇到故障可以查查如上可能的原因
