I have two Cisco ATA 191s that I've used in the past.
When I powered them on yesterday, both start-up with a solid amber light.
I've tried doing a factory reset with a paper clip and neither appears to reset.
I've tried different power supplies, no difference, they both start with solid amber light.
How can I trouble shoot a device that can't boot?
