I am unable to get the full list of the connected headset from the Cisco call manager headset inventory. I do have more than 200 users only using Cisco jabber as their telephony devices to handle the calls. All are using either Cisco or third-party headset devices. When I looked at the headset inventory on the Cisco call manager, it shows only around 30 headsets.
Can anyone let me know how do I get the full list of headsets connected with Jabber softphones?
Cisco call manager version: 12.5.1.15900-66 ( 12.5 SU5)

Are you only seeing headsets for Jabber users registered to a certain CUCM server? If that is the case double check that the Cisco Headset Service is activated and running on all servers in your cluster.

Hi there
did you find a solution to this problem?
We also have a few hundred third party headsets (Jabra Evolve 40, Jabra Engage 75 and Jabra Speak 510) that are not recognized in the CUCM inventory.
Cisco headsets and a very small number of Jabra Speak 510 are listed, but most of them are missing. Headset Service is activated on alle servers. CUCM 14.0.1
