I purchased CISCO 7821 IP Phone , i want to connect Plantronics headset HW520 butt when i connect the headset throught direct cable with u10 phone not worked.As RND it is compaitiable with cisco 7841 .By default Analogue Wideband is also enabled butt still same problem .
