Press and hold the mute button for 10 to 12 seconds, when  it starts blinking , press volume down twice.

There is a factory reset pinhole on the back of the Navigator (near the microUSB port).  Insert an object (like the end of a paperclip) in to the hole and hold it in for around 6 seconds.  The device will reboot and you will be able to start the setup process again.

In addition to what Wayne described above to proceed with Factory Reset you  may try press and hold (5-10 seconds) on the room name in the upper-left corner of the screen.
