Jabra head set

I have the Jabra evolve2 65 wireless which is suppose to be fully compatible with cisco jabber. However i get intermittent issues on the phone through it where people sound robotic or under water. No such issue with this via teams. Also whenever i move the microphone up and down it straight up kicks me out of jabber. All my sound settings are set up correctly. Any advice?

The first thing to be set is in the Jabber settings 

If not you can try installing Jabra Direct Software, and reboot the computer and have a check
