A: If using the desktop Webex application see the section on how to connect to Windows or Mac. Ensure that your headset is connected to your computer and you can hear audio through the headset first. Consult the troubleshooting section if issues occur.
Open Webex and click your circular profile icon in the top left. Navigate to Settings then Audio. In the Speaker and Microphone dropdowns, select the relevant audio source.
