A: The Cisco Headsets app is a mobile app used to manage and configure your Cisco Headset 730. You can use the app to configure various settings such as, update your headset's firmware, manage Bluetooth sources, send logs or feedback to Cisco and more.
To get the free app, search for 'Cisco Headsets' in the App Store on iPhone or the Google Play Store on Android.
While the Cisco Headsets app greatly enhances user experience and troubleshooting, it isnβt a requirement to use the headset; the Cisco Headset 730 can still connect to Bluetooth devices normally without the app.
Note: The Cisco Headsets app only works with the Cisco Headset 730, not the Cisco Headset 500 series.
