Adopting Webex

went to Cisco Webex Meetings on Desktop, clicked Join a Meeting it said "Enter meeting information." I know the meeting number, hot key and password and none worked,  What meeting information are they looking for?

When I enter My Personal Room on the left side of the page under the caption Insights is information about past meetings.  How can I shut off the display of this information on My Personal Page Home screen..
