A recently re-added administrator was given full rights in the admin roles. They can view the main control hub but no longer have the management customers in their side panels. Is this a synchronization issue and will eventually appear in the clients account or will additional administration on their account be necessary.

I'm updating this post to say we added the admin to the external admin group. They can now access the customer sites again.
