i would like to kindly ask if anyone has an idea to get our customer briefing scenario a step forward.
Currently our customers a are invited to a site of our company. We have some with meeting areas where we have several room kit devices and boards in different variants. A webex engineer/ambassador is running the briefing show and is onboarding the customer to the hardware overview and some live demos as well.
one of our best rated parts in this process is the realtime meeting experience over a bunch of rooms next to each other (the users are able to get some kind of direct feeling for the quality and performance).
as stated above - community do you have any cool idea for our briefing scenario?
