In My Personal Room under Contacts I selected Import from [Comma or Tab Delimited files] and clicked Import. My contacts are stored in Google Contacts so I went to Google Contacts, selected More Actions > Export; a pop-up menu appeared with three options: Export as Google CSV, Outlook CSV or vCard (for iOS contacts). I selected Google CSV . This produced an Excel spreadsheet with a line for each contact and information spread over many different columns. Has someone had experience creating a Comma or Tab Delimited file from Google Contacts?
