1- For joining Zoom meeting: You required Zoom CRC from the Zoom side

2- For Joining MS Teams meetings there are two ways

3- USB Pass-through: USB Pass-through is a feature, that allows you to take advantage of the device's rich microphone(s), intelligent camera(s), and powerful speaker(s) as a sophisticated web camera for various 3rd party software clients (Teams, Zoom, Google meet, etc..). The end user can join any meeting from their Laptop, with the help of connecting one HDMI and USB cable they can use the VC endpoint's Microphone, Camera, and Speakers. Third-party USB capture card and its integration are required to enable this feature in your existing VC devices

For Zoom if the host has a CRC license you will see a dialable SIP URI in the invite. If they don't have one and you have a paid Zoom account with CRC licensing you can use this process to inject a SIP URI into the invite and join on your Webex device.

There is also a way to utilize a third party AV bridge to join non SIP support meetings on Webex devices. More info can be found in this Webex space https://eurl.io/#L6Rcn39Rn.

Great information. Thank you
