Maximum webex participants who can share video in Webex Meeting / Events.

Hi,

I am proposing Webex Cloud Meeting and/or Event subscription to one of my customers and would like to understand the following -

- Maximum number of participants who can share video in a webex meeting / webex event?

Really confused after going through the following links -

So for Meetings, the amount of video that is supported depends on the capacity of your Webex site, if its 1000, then you can have up to 1000 on video. 

In Events, only Panelists can turn on video.  if you have a capacity of 1000 in an event, that includes your Panelists, so up to 1000.  If you have an Events 3000 subscription (that 3000 in an event Panelists + Attendees) , its still up to 1000 videos, Panelist only.
