When taking over remote Windows 10 PC for troubleshooting, some tasks require Windows admin password, but that screen is not displayed in the shared mode/remote control session, even though the client still sees it on his screen waiting for windows admin password to be entered. Is it by designed or I missed some steps? Thank you.

Hi PhongPham4168,
This may be the default behavior but you can change the User Account Control settings within Windows 10 (PC being remote controlled) to either see the prompt or altogether disable UAC, which would not be recommended.
