Setting up online conference where names are pre-defined

I am trying to organize an online conference.  I would like to display names in a standard way (name, title, company).
Is there a way I can do this without involving the participants?

You can use the advanced scheduler from your webex site and choose Require Registration. This will require all attendees to sign up with their name and email address, which will then be displayed in the attendee list.

We are trying to control what is displayed when the participant joins the meeting (not call-in-user-2). We would like to display their name and company they registered with. Is that possible, or can only the participant control that (in which case we’ll need to find a different tool)

This doesn’t seem possible since there isn’t a unique log in per participant.

I appreciate your help.
