Webex Desktop App Feedback link does not work

Webex ,being the mature product it is, seems to be falling short in receiving feedback for its Webex Desktop app (messaging, teams, spaces,etc). The link it takes us to (tongtongtong.webex.com) is an unresolvable name This prevents users who really want to better the Webex experience for Webex and for themselves (like the broken Calendar sync with Outlook? or is it just obscure settings/features?).

Please let me know how else we can send feedback while the link is being fixed.

For me, the link is to the SCM (https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/case), it is probably available only in case you have a paid plan.
But there are other ways to provide feedback: You just used the Community board, you may also post feature ideas via https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/
