Hi Julian, I'm not sure if you consider this an exclusive video frame, but when using Stack or Side by Side view users have the ability to drag participant's video onto the stage (main video area) and resize to suit their needs. As the host or co-host you can also sync your stage with all of the other participants to ensure the sign language interpreter is visible to participants.
