How can I ask a participant to share his screen?

I faced this problem, somehow this sharing option looks seems complicated to some people. Though i never understand why! Webex remote support tool helped in lot of such cases:

Share screen or request remote control ?

If its screen sharing, ask participants  or drop a message on Chat to share the screen. Regarding How to share the screen, refer below video.

If your requirement is to control the machine when sharing, From top menu, Ask to control and once approved, you can access the machine.
