Please provide me with information on what version of the connector you are trying to install and error messages are you seeing during the installation?
Also, please search the computer and see if a file named immpro_install.log was generated, this file usually get stored in system temp folder or the user temp folder. If the install failed, it could also be created in a temp install folder.
