Webex Ambassador IT Administration Learning Plan

Hi,

For the Webex Ambassador IT Administration Learning Plan - I have completed the first 3 sections, namely 

• Webex – Adoption – Getting Started​
• Webex – Adoption – Deep Dive​
• Webex Control Hub – IT-Admin – Getting Started

the other 2 sections needed to complete the Webex Ambassador IT Administration still shows the lock

Can someone please suggest,

Strange. Was unlocked as soon as I finished chapter 3 (Webex Control Hub – IT-Admin – Getting Started) here. Tried logging out and back in?

yes, tried logging out / logging in. Tried on different browsers, different machines. Same behavior.

Try to watch Webex Control Hub – IT-Admin – Getting Started once  again . on a different browser. looks like the back end system didn't  recognise that you completed the module 3.

I had the same issue yesterday, at the end the only thing that actually solved the issue was "Time", I wait for 24 hours and the issue got fix.

I have similar issue where second chapter shows locked icon after completion of first chapter and I have tried different browser and refreshing screen but doesn't seem to help.
