ACI App Install without App Center

In secure environments where internet access is not allowed, is there any way to install an ACI App to APIC without access to App Center?

Hello,

Your APIC does not need internet access, your laptop does.

By clicking "download" in the App panel, your client will be redirected to Cisco download site on internet (alternatively access aciappcenter.cisco.com from any laptop with internet access). After dowloading the App on your disk, you will "upload" the file to the APIC.
