ACI licensemgr raised F0321, F0323 and F0325 (apic's not fully fit)

We observed monday that the apic's are not fully fit.
The faults we see on the apic's are F0321, F0323 and F0325.  It looks like it's the licensemgr that is not running on 2 of our 3 apic's. The fault where raised on saturday around 11.
There was no work that was done in the aci fabric. So we have noe clue what caused the issue.
We also have an aci test fabric, and the same fault where raised there around the same time as i aci production environment.  Except that it is only apic1 with this fault in test.
We opened a TAC and have tried to restart the process.  The process restarts, and after 5-10 min it stops again.
The TAC engineer mention after the last process restart that if it fails again, we might need to reinstall the apic.
We hope we don't need to reinstalling the apic, and that there might be another solution.
Has anyone else experienced this fault? And how did you solve it?

Hey @Geir Sand-Strand

It sounds like you're dealing with a challenging issue with your APICs (Application Policy Infrastructure Controllers) in your ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) environment. The faults F0321, F0323, and F0325 are related to the license manager process not running, which is critical for the proper functioning of your ACI fabric.

Here are some steps and considerations that might help you troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue without resorting to a full reinstallation of the APICs:

  1. Check Logs and System Health
  2. Verify Licensing
  3. Check Disk Space and Resource Utilization
  4. Check Database Consistency
  5. Check Software Version
  6. Check Cluster health
