ACI ROUTING PROTOCOLS ADMINISTRATIVE DISTANCE (AD)

Hi All,

Does any one knows how to change the administrative distance of OSPF routing protocol in ACI for the particular route (Example: 0.0.0.0/0).

There is a option available to change the AD value for the whole VRF but not sure how to change it for the particular route.

When you creating a tenant, here you can select the OSPF area cost.

When you are adding Static route in Particular tenant here you can give the
preference value.

Administrative Distance measures the reliability of the routing protocol.

Asking to change the AD of a particular route that is discovered by a routing protocol is like saying "I want to change the value of this $1 coin in my pocket, but keep the value of the whole currency the same"

So what you are asking is just not possible.

You need to tell us:

• What are you trying to achive?
• What exactly is the probelm you are trying to solve?

Now, I'll take a guess and assume that you have more than one route to 0.0.0.0/0, one of them being generated by OSPF, and another by BGP, stice route or something.

I'll look out for your reply before putting time into answering your problem.
