APIC boot failed due to TPM hardware initialization error

Not able to boot into APIC after CIMC server rebooted. I see the following error.

"APIC boot failed due to TPM hardware initialization error" (screenshot attached.)KVM_Console_boot_failed_capture.png

I have tried hard reset the server. But still I hit the same issue.

I verified TPM is enabled in BIOS configuration in CIMC UI.

But in BIOS(entered by F2), Advanced->Trusted Computing shows it as disabled. And also showing that no security device is found. All the settings in that page are not allowed to change (screenshot attached).

Please help in regard of this issue.

If the BIOS doesn't see the TPM, it's probably a hardware issue. I'd open a TAC case to see if you can get the APIC replaced.
