Cisco Multi site contorller backup vial CLI

Who can remember how to take backup of Cisco Multi site controller via CLI ? Please help me to to take the backup. i cannot access the GUI because some services were hanged. i need to reboot the node. but before that wanted to take the backup.

Please kindly let me know the steps which i need to take the backup in CLI
