Could anyone describe how VMs attached to the EPG in AVE mode can forward the traffic to AVE inside interface instead of DVS physical uplinks directly?
This part is not clear to me. I understand that a VM will be attached to a port-group in isolated pvlan mode say(500,501) but how AVE can drive the traffic from VM into itself so it can forward it out to its own outside interface?
I figured it out. The trick is to set all uplinks in the port-group as unused so only AVE-VM can see traffic in secondary vlan and process/encapsulate it to uplinks/vmnics.
