Multiple vPC pair on ACI

I have a three leaf


101 and 102 are vpc pair id 12
102 and 103 are vpc pair id 23


Is it possible to set up these ?

Not possible.  Just like traditional VPC, you're limited to two switches in a VPC domain.  Any single switch can only belong to one domain.
