N7K Setup

Dear Professionals,

I'm about taking on a new assignment on setting up  N7K Nexus for a server farm. Appreciate if there any configuration guide to achieve this.

I really don't want to miss out anything.

I think there is issue with licenses as the applicable features could not appear using sh license usage LICENSE.  Moreover I need to activate the features below:

feature vtp
feature wccp

Hi Ayo,

do "show feature" and check which features are available . if you see all what you need then you can just enable them.

N5k-1# con
Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CNTL/Z.
N5k-1(config)# feature vtp

I could not see any feature and that is my concern.I understand all licenses was integrated in the hardware(s).

Also feature like "vPC requires no license" so it should work.

Thanks Afroz for all your support. I have been able to work through the peer link and the keep alive ok. Now I need to integrate the two N7K in different building to work or connect to the core on L3 . Also connect to two servers on L2  on same vlan but different building as shown in the attached diagram.

Appreciate all idea to achieve this using ospf .
