Is it Cisco UC officially support the Nutanix server? Any Benefits to use Nutanix server on Cisco UC?

Yes, Cisco UC is supported on Nutanix!
Cisco's supported hardware platforms for Unified Communications are all laid out in the DocWiki.

Nutanix falls under the "3rd party specifications based" platform. There is a Nutanix Best Practice Guide for installing Cisco UC on Nutanix that illustrates all of the Docwiki requirements and how Nutanix meets them, as well as how to design your deployment with Nutanix.
