Hey Ibrahim,

It can be L2 or L3 depending on how you have it configured. What is the configuration of the interface pointing towards ACI from the 6500's point of view?

If it is an L3 interface, ACI should also be configured as L3 and then yes, an L3Out would be the appropriate matching config.

If it is an L2 configuration (i.e. trunking a VLAN), ACI could either use an L2Out or extend the EPG.

Thanks, Ibrahim. I am still unsure if this should be an L2 or an L3 connection though, the diagram does not provide any of that information. This connection could be either L2 or L3.
