For 3.1.1 ACI enhancement for flood in encapsulation on gen2 leaf switches, I'm seeing some weird flooding behavior with one BD and multiple EPGs in my packet capture.

1) When set in Flood in BD, I see some packets being flooded on egress with some unknown vlan in ACI access packet capture(a vlan number not show in leaf show vlan extended). APIC is running 3.2.3n. I opened a TAC case for it and the engineer is still doing research around it.

2) I don't see BOOTP broadcast mentioned in the supported protocol. Is it supported for Flood in Encapsulation?
