ACI Fragmented Packets

In ACI i have seen a behavior(ver 2.1) in a customer place where-in the Fragmented packets are dropped... and when we did change the contract/filters to accepted fragmented packets then all is fine...

Is this a expected behavior and if so even in 4.x?

If it is expected then what is the rationale

Thanks

Any info on the above query will be very helpful

thanks

ok so it seems to be non-initial fragmented packets are seen and they are dropped and the filter permitting the matching entry is solving the issue... couple of queries
a) assuming the endpoint is directly connected to the aci fabric and it is sending in sequential order the non-initial fragmented packets are seen by the aci fabric because of multiple paths and flowlet based load-balancing?
b) is this (dropping the non-initial fragmented packets) a default behavior in ACI across all versions?
c) also is it documented anywhere?
Thanks

if you need to change the packet size on on the ACI fabric you can follow
the below process.

*System --->>> System Settings --->> Control Plane MTU*

I don't know whether this is the solution for your question. i put this
for as a help for you.

thanks... it was not about whether ACI fragments or not.. but how it treats the fragmented packets and especially the non-initial fragments.. Will it drop by default?
