ACI Integration with ServiceNow - Duplicate Endpoint CIs Created

Hello,

 

We have installed the Cisco ACI Application within ServiceNow. Duplicate configuration items are being created for Endpoints.  ServiceNow does have a de-duplication function, but it is time consuming to use.  Has any one seen this duplicate Endpoint CI creation issue?  Any ideas on how to resolve it (other than using ServiceNow's de-duplication function)?

 

We are running ServiceNow version Orlando, ServiceNow ACI Application version 3.0.0, and Cisco ACI version 3.2(9h).
