Hi everyone,

How does ACI handle link flap? Is it possible to configure parameters to err-disable a link after certain parameters?

One of the link is causing issue and not failing over to the redundant link.

Really would appreciate your help.

Kind regards,

Shahin

Is that link part of a port channel? Also you can set up an interface policy to err disable a port after so many errors, but it won't re-enable the interface again. You can also configure a Monitoring Policies

If this is port of a port-channel and the other interfaces are working you it may be a physical cabling or SFP issues. Also you can do a show interface or show interface transceiver to see the errors on that interface. If there is a high amount of CRC's errors you may need to replace the cable and SFP transceiver.

This is a good link for the monitoring policies.
