Hello Team
We are going to implement the Cisco ACI Multi-Site solution between two sites. One of the main components of Multi-site is MSO (ACI Multi-Site orchestrator) which I found the "ACI-MSITE-VAPPL" part number for it. Based on the Cisco white paper given for ACI Multi-Site, three MSO nodes are clustered together in an active/active fashion. does it mean I need to order 3 number of ACI-MSITE-VAPPL? OR the license now is part of LEAF Advantage

As long as you have the Advantage level licensing on your leaves you're all set. Previously the ACI-MSITE-VAPPL was needed for licensing a cluster of 3 MSO nodes on VMware.
Keep in mind that MSO is no longer being developed as a VMware OVA image (docker based VM). MSO has been renamed as Nexus Dashboard Orchestrator (NDO) and is hosted on the Nexus Dashboard appliance (either physical or virtual - Kubernetes based).
The only MSO OVAs stop with version 3.1, whereas NDO supports version 3.2 through 3.4 and onward.
