ACI upgrade for leaf switches issue

We upgraded ACI from 2.2(2k) to 2.2(4p) and upgraded one group of leaf switches after APIC/spine upgrade.

APIC showed those leaf switches were upgraded successfully, but actual leaf switches were not reloaded and not upgraded.

Have you seen such a thing?

How many leaf switches were in the group? None of them were upgraded?

Was the iNXOS image copied on the leaf switches?

8 leafs in that group. We don't know those switches are actually image downloaded and rebooted.

We checked APIC and APIC told they are all upgraded.

So, I wonder if there is any glitch between APIC and real switches on this upgrade status.

One more.

Is it possible to upgrade directly to next version without upgrading interim version?

It all depends on matrix, whatever is the target what is the current version.
