APIC - No GUI Access

Hello, 

we have an ACI fabric up and running. Since yesterday I can't access the GUI. I got the login screen, enter my credentials (username, password and authentication TACACS).

Every time I got the message: 

TACACS+ Server Authentication DENIED

But login with putty and the same credentials works. 

Any idea?

Did you configured the Cisco AV Pair on tacacs?

Is there a different to Console or GUI Access ?

Hi Udo,

Did you select the correct domain on the login page ? If you configured radius/tacacs you should be able to select the domain (ex. for local authentication the domain would be DefaultAuth or leave it empty but then you should use your username/pwd you defined when initially setting up the fabric for remote authentication select the correct domain)

Hi @Alexander09,

it was a problem with customers infrastructure. The Tacacs server was replaced by the ISE successor for a test. Unfortunately, I did not know about it..;-) 

Changing to the TACACS the GUI Login works again..
