Attempting APIC programming

Hello,

I'm trying to write a simple client to connect to the APIC via browser to perform some small tasks.

I'm new to the subject and I have had no great luck so far since I'm incurring in the cross-site scripting
block. Is there a way to configure the Allowed Origins list on apic or some way to allow CORS?

Thanks!

Silk,

Depending on your version, you may be able to find the configuration setting for Allow Origins at the following location (Advanced Mode GUI):

  • Fabric > Fabric Policies > Pod Policies > Policies > Management Access > default
  • There will be a separate field for both HTTP and HTTPS.

By default, the value is set to http://127.0.0.1:8000. From what I've read, we should be able to achieve CORS by setting this value to *.

Cheers,

Gabriel

Thanks!

This was exactly what I was looking for, meandering in the countless APIC menus :)
