Cannot Create or Open DB

Error Message 

"cannot create or Open DB /var/run/XXX_ae/S255_RXXX/XX_ae.db

State = Operational

Cluster = In Service

Health = Fully fit              

Hello all Can someone point me in the right direction for this error please?

More details are definitely necessary:

  Where do you see this message?

  What are you trying to do/configure/access while you get this error?

  What version of ACI are you running?

  When did the error started to happen? What changes, if any, you did before the error appeared?

  What faults do you see in APIC WebGUI > Faults section?

Hello. Since then

1. the customer couldn't login to APIC1

2. We tried access from CIMC but again couldn'yt login

3. Tried Host Power Cycle from CIMC 

4. HOST hasn't come back after HOST POwercycle.

THERE IS A CRITICAL DISK ERROR which says
"Storage Virutla drive 1 is inoperable : Check storage controller or reseat the storage disk

THIS COULD BE THE CULPRIT

I've opened a TAc case but any adVICE  would be great as i haven't yet been engaged with an engineer .
