Cisco ACI APIC - Flapping on Leaf Switches

Greetings,

My customer have reported, that their APIC/ACI environment have some flapping/Intermittent issues on some of their node Leaf Switches.

(for the sample, name of the nodes : Border-Leaf-182)

From the Notification on CLI (attached) the main cause of this flapping is Loop Detection, and from this site I read, one solution to solve the Loop is that it need to enabled MCP (by now it is disabled globally):

Already check the configuration of the Leaf-182 & interface that flapping,

but I check nothing wrong (or maybe I miss something),

*I also attached the show running-config, mcp and on each interface for mcp

*the version of ACI/APIC is 1.2

I dont know where to look next. (or is it true it need to enabled the MCP globally?)
